3.1  – Events

You have the opportunity to register for events on our website. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)b of the General Data Protection Regulation (performance of the contract). We need the following information from you for first-time registration:

  • Mandatory data (company, position, first and last name, ZIP code and city, street address, region, telephone number, email address, representative, attendee name and surname)
  • Voluntary information (additional information, VAT number)

3.2  – Academy (seminars, trainings, webinars)

You can register for one of our courses. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)b of the General Data Protection Regulation (performance of the contract). We need the following information from you for first-time registration:

  • Mandatory data (company, position, first and last name, ZIP code and city, street address, region, telephone number, email address, representative, name and surname for each attendee )
  • Voluntary information (additional information, VAT number, fax number)

3.3 – SYSTEMATIKA Distribution customer account

We offer our customers the opportunity to open a customer account on our website. You can find and  download Vendor’s and Systematika’s documentation and price lists. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)b of the General Data Protection Regulation (performance of the contract). We need the following information from you for first-time registration as a supplier:

  • Mandatory data (company, ZIP code and city, street address, region, telephone number, email address)
  • Voluntary information (additional information, VAT number, FAX number)

3.4  –  Integration of Google Maps

In the Sites section, you can opt to have the route to one of our SYSTEMATIKA Distribution training centers.

If you want to calculate route to reach our locations, you will be redirect on Google Maps clicking on “Indicazioni” in the map. When using Google Maps, Google also processes data about your use of the Maps functions. You can find more detailed information about data processing by Google in Google’s privacy protection policy.

3.5  – Integration of YouTube

YouTube is used to incorporate videos from providers. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC, with headquarters at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google, Inc., with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We use embedded YouTube videos with privacy-enhanced mode enabled. This means: YouTube does not store cookies for a user who displays a webpage with an embedded YouTube video player, yet does not click the video to start playback. When a user clicks the YouTube video player, YouTube may store cookies on the user’s computer, but no personal cookie information is stored for playback of embedded videos. 3.6  –  Usage data

We temporarily store usage data when you visit our website in accordance with Article 6(1)f of the General Data Protection Regulation. We use the usage data for statistical purposes to improve the quality of our website and to enhance its security. We also use this information to enable access to our website, to control and manage our systems, and to improve the website’s design. The purposes we pursue here also represent legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6(1)f of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The dataset includes the following information:

  • the page from which the file was requested
  • the name of the file
  • the date and time of the query
  • the amount of data transmitted
  • the access status (file transferred, file not found)
  • the description of the type of Web browser used
  • the IP address of the querying computer, shortened to the last three digits.

3.7 – Integration of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to create pseudonymized user profiles in accordance with Article 6(1)f of the General Data Protection Regulation to optimize the design of our website as needed. It is a product of Google, Inc. (Google), Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses ‘cookies,’ which are text files placed on your computer, to help you measure user interactions on your website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, because we have activated IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will first be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other countries party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there only in exceptional cases. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity, and providing other services relating to website activity and Internet usage for us. 3.8 –  Integration of GA Audiences

Usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. This technology enables users who have already visited our website and online services to receive targeted advertising from us on other external pages of the Google Partner Network. For this purpose, a cookie is placed on your computer with which your behavior when visiting the website can be analyzed and subsequently used for targeted product recommendations and interest-based advertising.

You have the opportunity to register for our free newsletter on our website. 3.10  –  Usage-based online advertising

We want to provide you with comprehensive information regarding usage-based online advertising. Our website, or the website from which you have just been linked, collects and processes your usage behavior anonymously. As a result, you as a user benefit by receiving advertising that is more tailored to your areas of interest and in turn, you receive far less random advertising overall. A cookie is stored on your device to record your usage behavior. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer’s hard drive. 3.11  –  Google conversion tracking

We also use the Google advertising tool Google AdWords conversion from Google, Inc. to advertise our website. A cookie is placed on your computer if you accessed our website via a Google ad. A cookie is a small text file placed by your browser on your computer and stored there. These ‘conversion cookies’ expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google may recognize that you as a user have clicked one of our ads placed through Google and have been redirected to our page.

3.12  – Twitter’s conversion tracking

We also use Twitter’s conversion tracking from Twitter, Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Conversion tracking allows us to recognize when users click a link from our Twitter posts, retweet or ‘like’ something, or simply see a tweet and go to the COMPAREX website. We can see what your activities are as a user on our website (website visit, purchase, or download, for example). The website tag is triggered and the conversion data is logged. We can then create a list of these users and use it as a target group for future marketing campaigns. No personal identification takes place. We also use Tailored Audiences from Twitter. This enables us to target visitors to our website with advertising. Twitter uses a code snippet (tag), which we have integrated on our website. No personal identification takes place here either. A conversion cookie is logged for a period of 30 days and then deleted.

Our website contains links to the social media services Facebook, Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn.

If you follow these links, you will reach SYSTEMATIKA Distribution’s corporate presence at the respective social media service. Please note that the activation of a link means that certain data can be transferred to the provider of the social media service. This data can be the following:

  • Date and time when the website was accessed or the link was activated
